Tactics

Through testing, we were able to identify that parents would be the main drivers of the platform for their families. We then conducted further testing and identified the most effective screenshot designs and app store videos. After studying user behavior, we changed the app name to Say, which was more relatable and resonated better with users. After refining the app, utilizing multiple mobile ad networks and Apple search ads, we launched a micro-segmented media campaign depicting different use case scenarios and reasons for downloading the app. Each media source was optimized for deeper in-app events.
