What You’ll Need:
3+ years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter within global companies – A must.
Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken – A must.
Hands-on experience with active sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
Experience recruiting in a global environment – An advantage.
Experience working with ATS platforms and AI sourcing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills.
