Sales Executive
Moburst, a leading global digital marketing agency, has joined forces with Kitcaster to create Kitcaster by Moburst- a powerhouse in innovative marketing and public and podcast relations. Trusted by top brands, we deliver bold strategies and creative campaigns that help our clients reach new audiences and make an impact.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and lead the growth of our podcast services and our public relations services teams. In this role, you are responsible for uncovering potential strong clients interested in public relations and podcast services, and driving the sales process from start to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify client needs and position our services as the right solution when appropriate
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably selling professional services
- Proven experience in outbound sales – must
- Experience working with multiple interfaces and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Agency experience – a significant advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience selling marketing, media, or content-related services
- Familiarity with the podcasting and PR ecosystem
