We’re growing and looking for a talented Senior Social Media Manager to join our team! In this role you will spearhead social media strategy, craft compelling content, build internal processes and cultivate a thriving online presence.
This is an on-site position located in Palm Beach, FL.
What you will do:
Hands-on day-to-day operations of social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.
Develop and own a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals, brand values, and compliance requirements
Establish and build all social media processes, including content creation workflows, brand guidelines, sign-off procedures, crisis protocols, and platform-specific voice & style.
Create and manage content calendars, including the creation and design of engaging visual and textual content using Canva and CapCut (or similar tools)
Manage community and interaction with audiences, providing prompt and professional responses.
Analyze performance, extract insights, and report results on different KPIs.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all messaging adheres to regulations
What do you need:
At least 5 years of experience in Social Media Management, with experience in building strategy and processes.
Strong creative instincts, deep understanding of trends, and experience in content creation (Canva/CapCut).
Data-driven approach, experienced in working with analytics tools, setting and tracking KPIs, using insights to adjust strategy.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent copywriting skills (advantage).
Assertive and presentable with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
