We’re growing and looking for a Podcast Relations Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be involved in every stage of the podcast booking process: from onboarding clients to pitching, booking, and coordinating podcast interviews.
What You’ll Do:
– Research, vet, and pitch podcasts that align with client goals
– Book and schedule podcast interviews
– Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, podcast hosts, and internal teams
– Maintain strong client relationships and support their goals throughout each campaign
– Coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless booking experience
– Act as the liaison between podcast guests and hosts
What You Bring:
– 1-2 years of experience in client service roles, preferably from agencies.
– Strong communication, presentation, written and problem-solving skills
– Exceptional attention to detail and self-direction
– Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
– A genuine passion for podcasts both from a strategic and personal perspective
