Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Development- Help define brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and influencer strategies tailored to each client’s persona and goals.
• Social Strategy & Content Oversight- Develop and hands-on manage social content calendars and campaigns, ensuring consistent, relevant messaging across platforms. Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and campaign performance, and derive insights to refine strategy.
• Client Interaction & Consultation- Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Lead discovery sessions, explain strategic direction, and guide clients through the process from start to finish.
• Operational Coordination- Act as an internal account manager, translating briefs into task-level direction and overseeing execution across internal teams and channels.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in brand strategy, social media management, or related agency roles.
• Native or near-native English- must
• Proven ability to bridge brand thinking and social execution, translating strategy into actionable briefs and managing projects across multiple teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident client-facing presence
• Experience creating content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to adapt quickly and work under tight timelines.
