We are looking for a highly talented AI Design Lead to join our Creative department. In this role, you will be a core designer on the team while serving as our in-house AI expert and innovator. You will combine high-level design craft with deep expertise in generative AI tools, integrating advanced AI workflows into our daily processes, scaling our capabilities, and upskilling the broader creative team.

Responsibilities:

Introduce, build, and optimize AI-driven design workflows to streamline production and elevate overall output quality.

Act as the subject matter expert on generative AI- training, guiding, and mentoring other designers on how to effectively integrate AI tools into their daily work.

Execute high-impact visual design, ads, and digital assets for multi-platform client campaigns.

Experiment with emerging tools, build prompt libraries, and establish best practices for AI design within the department.

Ensure all AI-generated and hand-crafted deliverables maintain visual excellence, accurate brand voice, and strong composition.
